Yes, absolutely! Many of our models come with a handy clip or carabiner.

So you can easily attach it to your bag, backpack or even your suitcase.

Very easy: simply wipe with a soft cloth.

For metal models, you can occasionally use a polishing cloth to help keep them looking like new.

Order & Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over €40. You can find detailed information on our shipping page.

Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will be sent to the address you provided during purchase. The order confirmation also contains your unique order number, which always begins with #KC followed by a combination of numbers (e.g., #KC12345 ). Please also check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. After receiving your shipping confirmation with a tracking number, delivery currently takes 1-3 business days due to high demand. Thank you for your understanding and trust.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your shipment on the DHL website .

We'd like to explain the difference between an exchange and a full return. In both cases, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange:
If you would like to exchange a product for a different version of the same item, you can do so. Please return the product to us at your own expense. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price of the original product. You can then conveniently reorder the new version. Return shipping costs are usually:

  • 4.95 € for returns from Germany
  • 9.95 € for returns from Austria or Switzerland

Complete return:
A full return includes the return of the item, for which you also bear the return shipping costs yourself. After the return is received and processed, you will be refunded the purchase price. The return shipping costs are:

  • 4.95 € for returns from Germany
  • 9.95 € for returns from Austria or Switzerland

Our goal is to make returns as easy as possible for you. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Cancellation form: Find the cancellation form in our cancellation policy. Please fill it out and enclose it with your return.
  2. Costs: For returns from Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95. For returns from Austria and Switzerland, the fee is €9.95. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that returns must be made within the specified time limit. Further information about the time limit and our return policy can be found on our website.

Please note that the quality control process and subsequent refund may take up to 14 business days after we receive your return. Our goal is to process this as quickly as possible, as your concerns are very important to us. Once your return is inspected, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method. We will keep you updated every step of the way and are always here to answer any further questions or provide additional information.

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, DHL will try again the next day. You may be able to pick up your package at the nearest post office. DHL will, of course, inform you of the location of the post office. If something is still not right, please contact us directly at support@keychain.de .

Our products are currently shipped within Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland.

If you received an item you didn't order, please contact us at support@keychain.de before returning the item. We will then provide you with all the information you need to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible, free of charge.
